台灣設計展 / K38 GO HI MART 明日超商·新潮農業

以視覺結合味覺體驗,打造農業嶄新販售樣貌的食農教育策展

「 K38 Go Hi Mart 」不僅是販售一般農產的超商,而是透過親近大眾的超商做為設計策略,轉化農業生硬資訊,以「販售農業未來的可能想像」為出發點,導入食農教育設計思維,打造培養民眾認識食物、農業、土地乃至環境的策展空間,揉和高雄農業生產端與消費端的兩者角度,顛覆大眾對農產品的想像設計,以高雄38個行政區攜手宣示一場顛覆農業印象的創新展覽提案—共創極具未來感的高雄農業主題限定超商。展場策劃四個區域主題,以日常生活的熟悉方式,將知性的農業內容傳遞出去。四個主題分為是四季飲料區、潮農專櫃區、明日蔬果區、魅力熟食區,從不同的角度探索農業各種面貌,帶著踏進便利商店的心情遊覽K38農產,像買個零食或飲料成為生活日常。農產與蔬果不為人知的冷知識,輕鬆從貨架上帶回家。展場不只運用視覺構通,還邀請在地主廚用「吃」的食物設計方式,進一步成為舌尖上的藝術品,一同認識高雄各農業產地到餐桌之間的故事!不僅如此,甚至將水果的個性擬人化,打造出12個月份農產的IP角色,推出多款限定商品,期間限定的快閃店超商,成為高雄農業知識傳遞與未來多元想像的媒介

The K38 Go Hi Mart originated from the K of Kaohsiung and its 38 administrative districts, while Go Hi represents Activate Future, Friendly Greeting as well as the energy and passion of Kaohsiung. We are all familiar with supermarkets, and this time we package the 38 administrative districts in Kaohsiung into a futuristic trend-leading supermarket, where each product on the shelf represents one agricultural possibility; people can check out the fridge filled with the seasons, the trendy fruit brands, the tastes from the farm, as well as the proposals for the future! K38 Go Hi Mart shortens the gaps between the farm, dining tables, as well as agriculture and people. Show you the charisma of Kaohsiung’s agriculture with more convenience and explore the local scene with infinite possibilities.
